We currently ship to most countries in Africa, Asia, Europe, the USA, and the UK. Shipping availability is displayed at checkout.

4. How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary by region and supplier. On average:

  • Local shipping: 2–7 business days

  • International shipping: 7–21 business days

5. Can I return a product?

9. Does Zoollna offer branding or private-label opportunities?

10. How are vendor payments processed?

Payments are held in escrow until orders are confirmed by customers. Vendors are paid via bank transfer or wallet based on the payment schedule.
